Welcome to The Scientific Society For Sports Professions, established in November 2022 under Registration number 4333 of 2022 by the Ministry of Social Solidarity, Alexandria Governorate, Arab Republic of Egypt . Our society is a pivotal hub for sports law professionals and practitioners across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa, fostering cultural and geographical diversity in sports law.

As a civil society organization, The Scientific Society For Sports Professions is dedicated to Translating its strategic legal and scientific vision into actionable initiatives. We are committed to investing in legal research, aligning it with the evolving needs of the professional sports industry, and fostering an environment that encourages legal knowledge, innovation, and Creativity.

Believing that science and knowledge transcend limitations and create development, and through this philosophy, we (Scientific Center for Sports Law) consider ourselves one of the vital institutions that play an important role in developing knowledge and research in the field of sports law. We emphasize the strategic axes that clarify the importance and role of the Center :(Developing legal research - training specialized cadres - providing legal consultations - enhancing international cooperation - raising awareness of sports laws - supporting sports policies - confronting legal challenges - promoting justice and integrity)

1 : Educating Society About The Importance Of Sports Law Through:
Spreading the legal culture in the sports field through conferences, seminars, workshops and awareness articles.
Publishing awareness articles and videos on the Centre’s digital platforms and media.

2 : Developing knowledge in the field of sports law:
Develop a research plan aimed at studying and analyzing legal issues in sports.
Conducting scientific research and studies on sports legislation and regulations and analyzing their impact on sports bodies in the Arab world and the Middle East.
Issuing a peer-reviewed scientific journal for the Center that publishes research papers and scientific articles in sports law.

3 : Providing Specialized Education & Training:

Providing distinguished educational and training programs to qualify jurists, administrators, and professionals in the field of sports.
Establishing professional programs and short courses in sports law.
Providing training courses and workshops directed to those interested in the sports sector .

4 : Supporting sports bodies - federations, clubs and Olympic committees & athletes legally:

Establishing a specialized team to provide legal advice to sports clubs and athletes.
Providing legal advice to various sports bodies.
Providing mediation services to settle sports disputes.

5 : Developing sports policies and legislation through:
Contributing to the formulation and development of policies and legislation governing sports activities in the region by submitting legal recommendations and proposals .

6 : Strengthening international cooperation:
Building partnerships and relationships with universities, international centers and institutions specialized in sports law to exchange knowledge and experiences.
Building relationships, partnerships and cooperation with sports bodies, institutions and relevant government agencies.

7 : Innovation in sports law:

Staying up to date with the latest developments in sports law and regulations globally.
Working to constantly update and develop curricula and programs.
Exploring and using modern technology to develop legal tools and platforms that serve the sports sector.

8 : Enhancing quality & excellence:

Ensuring the provision of high-quality services and programs that meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Establishing performance indicators to measure the extent of achieving the desired goals.
